How fast will I receive my key?
Most keys are delivered instantly β€” within 60 seconds of your payment being confirmed. You'll receive your key by email and in your account dashboard.
Where do I find my key after purchase?
Your key is sent to the email address you used at checkout. Check your inbox (and spam folder). If you created an account, your key is also in your order history. For PayPal or Apple Pay payments, your key may be sent to the email linked to that account.
I didn't receive my key β€” what do I do?
First, check your spam/junk folder. If it's not there after 10 minutes, contact us at support@24gamekeys.com with your order ID and we'll resend it immediately.
Do you ship anything physically?
No. 24GameKeys sells digital products only. Everything is delivered electronically β€” there is no shipping, no waiting, and no shipping fees.

How do I redeem my key?
Each product page includes step-by-step redemption instructions for its platform (Steam, Xbox, PlayStation, Nintendo, etc.). In general: open your platform, find "Redeem Code," paste your key, and confirm.
What platforms do your keys work on?
We sell keys for Steam, Epic Games, Xbox, PlayStation, Nintendo, Battle.net, EA App, Ubisoft Connect, and more. The platform is clearly labeled on every product page.
My key won't activate β€” what's wrong?
The most common reasons are: wrong region, wrong platform, or the key was entered incorrectly. Double-check the product's region and platform on the order page. If the key is genuinely invalid, contact us within 7 days for a replacement.

🌍 Regions & Compatibility

What does "region" mean?
Some keys only work in specific countries or regions (for example, "EU," "US," "Global"). The region is clearly shown on each product page. Always check the region matches your account before buying.
How do I know if a key works in my country?
Look for the region label on the product page. "Global" keys work worldwide. Region-specific keys (like "EU only") work only in those areas. If you're unsure, message us before purchasing.
Can I change the region after buying?
No. Region is determined by the key itself and cannot be changed after purchase. This is why it's important to check before you buy.

Can I get a refund?
Yes, if the key is invalid or faulty AND you haven't revealed/activated it AND you contact us within 7 days. Once a key is revealed or activated, it cannot be refunded (this is standard for all digital key stores). See our full Return & Refund Policy for details.
My key was already used by someone else β€” help!
If you receive a key that's already been activated, contact us immediately at support@24gamekeys.com with your order ID. We'll verify and provide a working replacement or refund.
The game crashes / has bugs β€” can I get a refund?
Game performance issues, crashes, and bugs are the responsibility of the game's developer, not 24GameKeys. We can only help with key delivery and activation problems.
