Your Right of Withdrawal
Under EU Directive 2011/83/EU, consumers in the European Union generally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance purchase. Because we sell digital content delivered instantly, this right is subject to an important legal exception (Article 16(m)).
Once a key has been delivered, revealed, redeemed, downloaded, or otherwise made available to you, and you consented to immediate delivery at checkout, your right of withdrawal no longer applies.

How We Process Your Request
Submitting a withdrawal request does not automatically approve a refund. Each request is reviewed individually based on the product type, delivery status, reveal status, the consent given at checkout, and applicable consumer law. If your request is valid (key not revealed, within 14 days), we will process your refund to your original payment method within 14 days.
